1. Who we are and scope

This site is operated by MAS Organization Corp. ("MAS", "we"), a professional organizing company based in Miami, Florida. By using the site or requesting a service, you accept these terms.

2. Use of the site

You may use the site to learn about us, request a visit, download our guides and subscribe to our communications. You may not use it for unlawful purposes, try to access unauthorized areas, or copy or resell its content without written permission.

3. Age

The site is directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a minor sent us data, write to us so we can delete it.

4. Requests, diagnostic visit and pricing

Submitting the form does not guarantee an appointment: each request is reviewed and approved. The diagnostic visit lasts one hour, is paid in advance and is not credited toward the service. The service is quoted in writing after the visit. Containers and products are sold separately.

Seasonal services and deposits are governed by the conditions shown when you book them. Change and cancellation conditions for each service are set out in your service agreement.

5. Coupons and promotions

The first-visit coupon applies once per customer to the diagnostic visit and cannot be combined with other promotions. We may change or withdraw promotions at any time.

6. Information you send us

You are responsible for ensuring the information and photos you send are yours or that you have permission to share them. We use your data according to our Privacy Policy.

Project photos may be used on our social media and on the site only when the signed service agreement authorizes it.

7. Intellectual property

The MAS Organization name, logo, MAS Method, texts, guides and photographs belong to MAS Organization Corp. or are used with permission. The free guides are for personal use and may not be resold.

8. Third-party links

The site may link to third-party pages (social networks, stores, payment processors). We do not control their content or policies.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is". The guides are general guidance and do not replace a professional assessment of your particular situation.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MAS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site. This does not limit rights that the law does not allow to be limited or what is agreed in the service agreement.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute will be heard in the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, unless your service agreement provides otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the latest update appears at the top of this page.
